Mr. Pitts was a staff member and Assistant National March Coordinator for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change of Atlanta, Georgia and the Southern Christian Leadership Council National Office of Atlanta, Georgia.
Curtis is the President of the International Institute for Improving Race Relations located in Topeka, Kansas. He is the former Chairman of the City of Topeka's Human Relations Commission.
